Grinding (CNC & Conventional)
Our precision grinding services deliver tight tolerances and superior surface finishes for high-production applications. We offer ID and OD grinding up to 5M EAU, with CNC ID grinding (1” to 10” dia) and CNC OD grinding (up to 12” dia by 36” long) at ±0.00004” precision. Double disc grinding (thru-feed or carousel) holds ±0.0002” flatness, while CNC slot grinding achieves ±0.0001” accuracy. Additional capabilities include centerless grinding, Blanchard grinding, and production lapping, ensuring high-quality results for automotive, aerospace, and defense applications.
