We offer ID and OD grinding up to 5M EAU, with CNC ID grinding (1” to 10” dia) and CNC OD grinding (up to 12” dia by 36” long) at ±0.00004” precision. Double disc grinding (thru-feed or carousel) holds ±0.0002” flatness, while CNC slot grinding achieves ±0.0001” accuracy. Additional capabilities include centerless grinding, Blanchard grinding, and production lapping, ensuring high-quality results for automotive, aerospace, and defense applications.
