CNC Programmer - Setup Technician
Growing family business in search of a CNC Lathe & Mill Setup Technician position and when applicable machine product.Successful applicant will have 5 years minimum experience as a CNC Setup Technician.
Applicant MUST have ALL necessary tooling to complete the tasks. Applicant will be expected to complete setups, edit programs, and complete quality parts on his/her own without assistance.
Applicant must have experience with and be proficient at:
- Setup of CNC Lathes & Mills
- G-code Programming
- Fanuc controls
- CAD/CAM software
- Operation of basic Tool Room machinery
- Installation of CNC Tooling and Fixturing
- Setup of First Article
- Submission of First Article ISO 9001 Standard
- Completion of Capability Studies
- Troubleshooting of current production processes

On the Job
Successful applicant will be given a part print and expected to determine how the part will be manufactured and do such in a expeditious amount of time. Productivity and Part Quality will be expected.
